Refund policy
We want every Belmar piece to bring you complete satisfaction.
If your order is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in their original condition:
- unworn and unused;
- free from marks, alterations, or damage;
- accompanied by all original accessories and elements;
- returned in their original Belmar packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or does not meet the conditions above.
Personalized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, except in the event of a defect.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To request a return, please contact our Client Service team at contact@belmar.co and provide:
- your order number;
- the item you wish to return;
- the reason for the return.
Once your request has been approved, our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and return details.
Please do not send your order back before receiving our return instructions.
COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS
Returns are complimentary for eligible orders placed on belmar.co.
Once your request has been approved, our Client Service team will provide you with the appropriate return procedure for your order.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, each piece will be carefully inspected by our team.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds are generally initiated within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears on your account.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different color, size, or model, we invite you to return the item concerned and place a new order.
Our Client Service team will be pleased to assist you with this process.
DAMAGED ITEM OR INCORRECT ORDER
Every Belmar piece is carefully inspected before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, presents a defect, or does not correspond to the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@belmar.co, including your order number and a few photographs.
Our team will provide the most appropriate solution.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable law provides you with a statutory right of withdrawal, particularly for certain orders delivered within the European Union, your legal rights remain fully applicable regardless of this policy.
